i heart faces week 3 "We are family"

Here is my entry for week three. This was a crazy session. This family was here for the holiday so we were limited on the time we had to shoot. It was 27 degrees with a side of snow. We would take a few shots and then warm up in the truck, take a few shots and warm up in the truck. You can check out more from this session here.

i heart faces Week 2 "Best Face Photo"

Wow, I'm finally back at i heart faces . Things have been so crazy at my house with the holidays and the start of my new business, I haven't had much time for anything else. So now that things are a bit more manageable, I'm trying to catch up on my personal blog and get back to entering the weekly contests. I have really missed it. So here is my best face photo. The whole purpose of this shoot was to photography little Hunter missing his two front teeth. It is such a rite of passage for kids. His mom didn't want to forget how he looked at this stage in his life. It was 30 degrees outside, but he was such a trooper, by the end of the shoot I had named him the boy with a million faces. He is such a little ham.

I heart faces Week 45" Autumn Beauty"

I am so excited to finally have the time to enter i heart faces this week. With my launch of my new business, Lou Lou Photography, in mid-Sept., I have been crazy busy. I can't complain. So here is my autumn beauty photo. It was taken when I took my boys to pick out their pumpkins this year. Check out all of the great entries this week!

This week's theme at i heart faces is "Blue". When I first thought of the theme, I thought blue eyes since it's about faces. No blue eyes in this household. I could dress my kids in blue, no. I could take a picture of them in front of my son's navy blue wall in his bedroom, no. Then this picture popped into my head this week. I was glad, because I haven't had time to take extra photo's for the theme. This past week I launched my photography business. I'm so excited and nervous at the same time.
